How do you guys deal with your Amazon returns and damaged stock?

For all the Amazon FBA sellers out there we would love to know… how do you guys deal with your returns and damaged stock? Have you got some hints and tips to share?

At this stage, we are getting all of our returns sent through to Sebastian in California who looks after the logistics of our products – manufacturer to Sebastian and then Sebastian through to Amazon. Unfortunately, one of our product lines had around a 100 returns and we are just wondering what to do with this stock. 

This is why we would absolutely love some hints and tips from you all. For example, do you have contacts that fix and re-engineer products? Or do you go back to the manufacturer?
